CLASSIC YACHT RIGGING

Traditional Rigging have worked on a number of classic yachts using the finest materials and modern techniques. We are able to source, supply and install all manner of classic rigging such as  bespoke solid bronze thimbles, bronze or chrome coated bottle screws, roller reefing headsails, stainless steel 7x7 wire,  leathered splices and an unlimited selection of braided and 3 strand rope for all running rigging. 

Asgard

Asgard is a 51' Colin Archer Design gaff rigged Yacht built in the early 20th Century. She underwent  a total restoration in 2007 and is now on permanent display in The National Museum of Ireland, Dublin.

Traditional Rigging supplied all running rigging and hand spliced the bespoke standing rigging.

Yves Christensen

Yves Christensen is a 56' gaff ketch designed by W.G Mcbride and built in 1956. 

Traditional Rigging supplied and installed all the stainless standing rigging with leathered splices in 2011.

Voluta

Voluta is a 54' gaff rigged yacht which was bought by it's current owner in 2005 and is undergoing a total restoration.

Traditional Rigging supplied and installed all standing and running rigging  in 2015 at Pendennis Marina, Falmouth.
